  2. Provide Details: Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.

  3. Return Shipping: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please securely package the item(s) and affix the label to the package.

  4. Shipping: Drop off the package at the designated shipping location.

  5. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.

  6. Exchange/Refund: If the return is approved, we will process your exchange or refund within 1 business days.

Additional Notes:

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be covered by Snapycoin for eligible returns.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Exchanges: If an exchange is requested, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you free of charge.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as personalized items or items that have been used.
